Thats what the most successful people in the hair industry do. I should know! I've had the pleasure to interview many of them, and I get to learn theres a common thread that runs through each of them. They never stop learning.

So if 2023 is the year that you will throw yourself into learning, then todays guest Carolyn Newman is someone who can help you achieve all of the this.Carolyn is a genuine hair icon who is respected by many of the hair industries biggest names. Today Carolyn's'Colour and Education Consultancy'is inspiring, exiting and motivating the next generation of stylists and salons with the skills, communication tools and ideas to use in the day to day salon life. Helping them become the very best hair professionals they can be.

In my conversation with Carolyn today, she'll share many of those skills, communication tools and ideas. Im sure they will help get you charged up for the new year ahead. We also get to hear Carolyn's thoughts on what hair education will look like in 2023, along with our industry’s future – the positive actions that are needed, and what does it mean for apprentices, hairdressers, employers and most importantly clients.
