A veteran of the United State Airforce, where he completed a Surgical Technologist Certificate, Shane would use his love of medicine to fuel his venture into the private sector. Placed in notable leadership roles such as the Chief Commercial Officer of ProNerve, The Chief Financial Officer  of EmployerDirect Healthcare, and Partner at Castle Development Group, he’d work to negotiate complex, multi- million-dollar contracts, work in device sales management, create business strategies, and optimize P&L before  starting his own business targeting affordable healthcare named Hooray Health.
