As a type A personality always on the move, she struggled with her own sense of mental wellness for several years. Through various tools, classes and mentors, she now practices and teaches about Mental Wellness in the Workplace.  Alina has a simple and fun approach to teaching and practicing better self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness and overall mental wellness at work. She is the Author of a book of reflections on Mother Nature, titled "I AM..." which was written for those in need of healing and those that work in the helping profession.
