Her book, The ABCs Of Diversity, A Manager's Guide to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the New Workplace makes DE&I accessible to everyone in the workforce. Through her company, Martine Kalaw Enterprises, Kalaw addresses the unconscious beliefs and implicit bias that limit organizations, including those related to the black and immigrant experience, through strategy development and implementation and education in the form workshops and discussions. The author, speaker, and DE&I consultant dedicates her career to creating bridges across different groups of people to foster greater empathy, collaboration and prosperity.
