Melissa has extensive experience in Business Operations, Process Improvement/Modernization, and Leadership Management. She has four (4) stages to strengthen departments for sustainable processes (clarify the vision, analyze the problem and risks, build a sustainable strategy, and evaluate and execute). These steps are crucial to the success of business operations and customer service. She received an Honorary Doctorate for Entrepreneurship in October 2020. She also has her certifications in Project Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, Public Relations, and Event Planning and she also attended Harvard Business Online to receive her eDiploma Certificate of completion for Disruptive Strategy and Sustainable Business Strategy.
