Seth Turner (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sethgturner/) is the co-founder and chief strategy officer for AbsenceSoft, an absence management SaaS solutions provider that delivers scalable software to manage FMLA, ADA, disability, and other forms of leave easily, efficiently and cost-effectively. Seth has over 20 years of experience helping organizations solve their HR and absence management challenges. As an industry expert in employee leave management, Seth set out to build leave and accommodation software to help the biggest companies in the world take better care of their employees by optimizing their leave and accommodation experience. Prior to founding AbsenceSoft, Seth held leadership roles at Hewitt Associates, Mercer, and Reed Group focused on outsourcing and technology solutions for Leave of Absence and Employee Benefits. Seth has an MIS degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
