He is a transformational and innovative management, workforce and HR consultant focused on helping organizations improve business results, implement and operationalize business strategies and achieve a high-performing workforce. Fred has more than 35 years of experience in executive leadership and coaching, innovation lifecycle management, business strategy development, program planning and management. His expertise includes organizational design, business process improvement, talent strategy development and management, technology selection and implementation and shared services design, implementation and management. Before joining Segal, Fred was a VP for four prominent HR consulting, business process outsourcing and management consulting firms, a Managing Director of ERP Services and Emerging Technologies for a professional services company, a Business Transformation Program Manager for a steel manufacturing company, and a Product Development Manager for a commercial software company. Fred holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hiram College in Ohio. Fred is a frequent contributor and speaker with CEO Connection, Chief Executive magazine, HR Executive magazine, M&A Advisory Board and SHRM.
