I’m shaking things up a bit today and bringing you meditation. I feel strongly that today’s podcast is needed by so many of us, and I’m certain you will like it if you give it a try. Meditation is about relaxation and focus – something we can all use right now. If you’ve tried meditation before and didn’t love it because your mind started wandering, just know that it’s completely normal for your mind to wander during meditation. I’ve provided 25 minutes of non-stop guided meditation, and you can decide if you want to listen all at once or if you’d prefer to break it up and listen in shorter sessions (time stamps provided below).
