Cannabis for Property Owners in Arizona and the US – Prohibition for Everyone Else - a podcast by Dan Scotland
from 2019-05-10T22:09:42
The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that Arizona’s Medical Cannabis law doesn’t allow Smoking in Public places, and bans it even in parked cars (where the users don’t intend to drive). In a country with skyrocketing student debt, and expenses, more people than ever are shut out from owning property and thus possibly avoiding prosecution. Therefore it remains wicked important to fight for Cannabis descheduling, and tenant and employer protections.
