In this Episode I interview Andrew and Michelle Munoz of Moos Craft Barbecue in East LA. Moo's is one of the Premier Central Texas Style Barbecue Joints in the State of California.  They began slinging Barbecue in early 2017 and in a short period of time they've been able to create a tremendous following growing their Instagram to over 20K followers and consistently selling out.  They've been featured on Man Fire Food with Roger Mooking, Eater LA, most recently Food and Wine and many other articles. Their love of BBQ stemmed from trips to Texas, where they've been to research and gather valuable knowledge from some of the top Pitmasters in the state.  We met over some Huge Burritos in a historic East LA Restaurant, El Tepeyac, located in Boyle Heights.  I apologize for the Dishes clattering, I guarantee you will learn some things about them that you didn't know before!  I hope you enjoy the show, this is Moo's Craft Barbecue.
