Anton Fig has been the Drummer for David Letterman's CBS Orchestra for 21 years, and seven years before that with The World's Most Dangerous Band over at NBC. Anton talks about his early days in New York, playing with Ace Frehley, and then KISS, ghost drumming on their albums Dynasty and Unmasked. He played with Bob Dylan and Mick Jagger. He talks about replacing Steve Jordan in The World's Most Dangerous Band, getting to work with Paul Shaffer, Will Lee and Sid McGinnis. Anton's been on TV for almost twenty nine years, soon to begin a new chapter in his life. We get into that. The first part of the interview was recorded in a writers room in the Letterman offices, that's Biff Henderson who interrupts. Part two was recorded in Paul Shaffer's office.
