9: Detox Group Class - What is Detox and how can a group class help me? - a podcast by Iowa Cancer Specialists

We are hosting our FIRST Detox Group Medical Visit.  During this visit you will be provided with education on detox and why it is good for you body, food plans of your choice, how to read nutrition labels properly and many other benefits.  There is so much POWER in a group and this group medical visit can help you with accountability because we all know that change it hard and it's even harder on your own.  

The Detox group medical visit will be January 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th at 4:00pm in Iowa Cancer Specialists waiting area.  Hurry to sign up as spots are filling quickly, we can only fill 12.  We hope to see you there!
