In the latest IEA Podcast, IEA Communications & Public Affairs Officer, Kieran Neild Ali, sat down with Professor Paul Ormerod to discuss how economics could have improved Covid public policy.



The two looked at how economic incentives and behavioural preferences could have helped formulate more effective Covid policy.



Professor Paul Ormerod is a member of the Advisory Council at the Institute of Economic Affairs and a fellow of the British Academy for the Social Sciences. Paul is also a visiting Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University College London.
