It can be quite challenging to learn how to move around in a big city, but the sooner an immigrant masters public transportation systems, the faster they gain their freedom and mobility.

Your first inclination will be to reach out to others to give you a ride and help you move around and conduct your business. This approach is comfortable for you and makes momentary sense, but it prevents you from growing up and gaining your freedom of mobility.

Every major city in the United States of America has a metro system. Here I am referring to the network of trains and buses that move people from one part of the city to the other.
