Knowing what 800 million people, which is more that 10% of the world’s population – think, read, and listen to. Who they know, what they like and where they live, travel, vote, shop, and worship. 

 In terms of time utilisation, As of 2019, the average daily social media usage of internet users worldwide amounted to 144 minutes per day, up from 142 minutes in the previous year - source Statista 

A workshop held with a group of youths, highlighted an average usage of 3 - 4 hours on social media 

In this first episode; we will be discussing how to create frameworks for managing ourselves effectively when it comes to time utilisation. Some leading questions that will be discussed are: 

✓         How much time do we spend engaging in activities that are productive or non-productive? 

✓         Whom and what take priority in our lives?

✓         Do we have a guiding statement that helps us define what is of importance and of value in our lives?
