It's essential we consider what to do in response to these failures? Do we treat or banish the fish or do we change the water?

Today's tip: we must be vigilant with the culture - the culture in our family, organizations and communities. Individuals reflect the system in which they grow and learn so banishing individuals is just a band-aid solution. Dig for the root cause of the problem even as you remove the rot or save your self by getting out.
