When we connect deeply belonging is the reward. One that keeps on giving.

Sometimes we struggle with this in our family but we often find it challenging in our work relationships too. The special sauce is the same. When we accept who we are and find a way to add value in being that person, our connections deepen.

The other side of course is doing the same for others to make the team one where by everyone belonging each member is able to add value. In this effort, a team becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

Podcast Tip:  connections that build and sustain the feeling of belonging must invite so they can thrive on conflict. It is in the work this requires, value is realized.
