Sue Liburd MBE is an award-winning businesswoman, human capital innovation consultant and business mentor; and Andy Nicol is a former rugby union player, who represented his country for 10 years from 1991, and also played for the British Lions on two tours in New Zealand in 1993 and Australia in 2001. Andy is now the CEO of Abstract.
Sue and Andy talk through the importance, for business leaders, of the key elements of inclusive leadership and how to ensure diversity in the workplace. Then, to wrap up, three key points to take away, from Mark and James.
