We talk about the experience of endometriosis pain in relation to menstruation - although it's important to know that we can also feel agonizing pain at any time of the month during any of our flares. We describes the serious reality of suffering through debilitating pain monthly, and psychological impact such as the fear, trauma, and PTSD that it can cause.

This is a great episode to share with loved ones who don't have endometriosis so they can understand a little better the physical and emotional toll that unbearable pain flares can have on a person.
