Like a good politician, we’re going to bypass any actual news this week and jump straight into the games.

In the international game nobody wanted, South Africa lost again as they took a break to ‘Centre Parkes’ in what could be Coetzee’s final game in charge.

In the Premiership, it was a case of who ‘Cares’ wins, as Quins were at it again, snatching their annual home win against Sarries. Exeter had more back row action than a teenage party at the cinema, as they drained Bath in an stunning opening 50 minutes and Wasps downed the Tigers even though decided to start with ‘Cips’.

In the Pro 14, Glasgow brushed off the Finn Russell news as they made it a perfect 10 in a hammering of Cardiff. Dragons and Ulster couldn’t decide who was worse and it was V for ‘Venditti’ as Zebre shocked Connacht with a win in Italy.

We will of course have our try of the week, hit of the week and ref watch… sorry, I mean bin juice, before we tuck into previewing the return of European rugby
