This week on the ‘In the Bin’ rugby pod we get a bit carried away and discuss other things in addition to the Aviva Premiership. That’s right, actual other things.

As usual, there are more opinions flying around than there are rugby fans in the USA… and we both go on a bit of a rant.

‘In the Bin’ Part 1

We begin in familiar territory with a round up of last week’s Premiership games.

First up, in unfamiliar territory, someone thought it was a good idea for Newcastle to play Saracens in Philadelphia. More of a fumble than a touchdown.

Joe Marler goes fishing and James Haskelltakes the bait in a feisty encounter at the Ricoh. In honour of our show’s name, Haskell was told to go cool off ‘in the Bin’ (see main picture).

Northampton continue their comeback from opening weekend shambles to conquer Bath and Sam Underhill only stopped tackling this morning.

Leicester finally get off the mark against Gloucester, but still look far from convincing. Sale return to winning ways at home against Irish and shock of the week – Worcester lost to Exeter…

Try of the week, hit of the week and our new addition to the squad – Bin juice! (I always thought the smell was Andy)

‘In the Bin’ Part 2

New Zealand are far too good for South Africa in the Rugby Championship. Argentina’s next home games look a bit tasty and the general state of rugby in SA and Australia upsets us.

To round out the podcast, ‘In the Bin’ preview next weekend’s games in the 2017/18 Aviva Premiership and stick our necks out with our predictions.
