Brazil is getting slammed by COVID 19 passing 100,000 deaths last week. The people of Brazil initially accepted the virus as an inevitability and as a result did not take any mitigation measures what so ever. Now as they sit second in deaths world-wide, Jair Bolsonaro has fallen drastically in popularity as he still tries to downplay the severity.
