Our next guest, Kathleen Butler Smith, is one of the first women I spoke to when I had the idea of doing a podcast. At that time, I wasn’t fully committed. But she not only loved the idea, she was enthusiastic and supportive, said I would love it. . .and invited me to be a guest on her radio show/podcast, “MorphMom Moments”!  I enjoyed it so much that I was hooked. And that’s what Kathleen Smith does. She has created an organization called “MorphMom”, which is a multimedia platform dedicated to helping women take their next step. . .in their careers, in their personal lives, and in their overall development.  In addition to having developed an online community and a radio show, MorphMom hosts conferences and classes to help connect women with like-minded others.
