The April 2018 Forbes article headline was “A 32-Year-Old's Startup, Inspired By A Health Scare, Sells For $275 Million”. That got my attention.

Surbhi Sarna was 13 and working on her homework when she felt such severe lower abdominal side pain in her side that she blacked out. Doctors told her that it was a large, complex ovarian cyst.  But without surgery they couldn’t be sure that it wasn’t cancer.  Being at an impressionable age, this experience stayed with her. . .and led her on a quest to detect ovarian cancer for other women.  While her FDA cleared device is not yet marketed. Boston Scientific is buying nVision for $150 million upfront and another $125 million to be paid as certain clinical and commercial milestones are hit over the next four years. Our guest today, Surbhi Sarna, who was on Forbes' 30 Under 30 In Healthcare list in 2014, will tell us the rest of the story.
