One of the best things about being a podcast host is that I get to reconnect with fabulous people I have met in my past and share their passions with you! My guest today is four time Olympian, Joetta Clark Diggs. We met on my birthday three years ago when we were both speakers at  the AHA Garden State “Go Red for Women” Luncheon in Somerset NJ. I found out that not only is she an incredibly accomplished athlete who has made an indelible impact in sports and business, but she is an inspiring & motivational speaker on heart health, fitness & related topics.  So today, we’re going to get some motivational tips on maintaining physical fitness regardless of your age.

Joetta Clark Diggs has had a legendary athletic career over more than two decades as a runner.  A University of Tennessee graduate, she was nine-time NCAA champion and 15-time All-American, and represented the United States at four Olympics: 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games.
