Instructions for Ministry on the Frontlines - a podcast by Gil Rugh

As the apostle Paul met with the elders of the church at Ephesus he was convinced he would not see them again. He gave them instructions concerning their responsibility for leading the church to be and to be doing what God so intended. He told them what they needed to do was model their ministry after his that they had been a part of and observed while during his three years at Ephesus. As he was preparing to face even greater opposition so too would they and would need to face it as he was, with the clarity of God's word, with conviction of its truth, and with courage to stand firm and faithful no matter what. How timely that model and message is for the true church of Jesus Christ in these days as the world is increasingly hostile to Jesus Christ and His followers.
