She received her BSc degree in Psychology from Utah State University, and her PhD in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, England. Her research interests involve media, aggression, gender, and child development and has over 60 publications on these and other topics. Dr. Elisabeth Gee is the Delbert & Jewell Lewis Chair in Reading & Literacy at Arizona State University and Associate Director of the Center for Games & Impact.
