It’s called Hooponopono. It’s a meditation or practice of forgiveness, reconciliation, and cleansing. It’s the perfect meditation to do if you’re not feeling well, if your struggling physically, or emotionally, if you’re having relationship troubles, guilt or anxiety. This is an extremely powerful meditation to help you hit the reset button, or clear the programming in your mind, and if you believe in it, clear your karma away as well.

This meditation fits perfectly with today’s guest, Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, talking about loosening our grip on reality, using Quantum Mechanics to make Quantum leaps in our lives. Hooponopono helps us make these leaps by cleaning our minds and letting go of negative attachments.
