This meditation can be done anytime of the day, but is best done out loud…so you may need a private place or a clearing to do so, but it is well worth it.

This is a super simple, yet powerful meditation. We’re just going to do the most basic version, breathing in nice and deep through the nose, filling the belly, then contracting the belly as we exhale ohm, through the mouth.

You don’t need perfect pitch to do this, and if you need to, feel free to go at your own pace. If you can, link up with the sound I’m making, it makes it extra-powerful, and you’ll hear the harmonic resonance…which is really, really cool.

For this, I recommend sitting up good and tall, or standing. You can also do it laying down on your back, but it’s often hard enough to get in the air for a good ohm. You be the judge.
