In the old testament, unjust gain was primarily the charging of usury, which is the same thing as charging interest rates on money loaned.Today, it is anything which adds a profit making cost to a fixed selling price, which includes a fair profit and all cost of doing business. Similar to interest and it is being done under the power of the great harlot, best described in Revelation 17.This is example regards a construction zone and the demonic way they are set up, way outside the actual work zone and only created to attempt to, falsely, bring more money to the state through way of the fines being doubled within the zone.
