When God says through Peter in 1 Peter that judgement begins in the house of God, he means he first looks at us. For we are his body.Once he first saves us, he beings his pruning and transformation process to pull out of us all that is not pleasing to him. Any parent should want this in their fleshly children, and God being totally holy, wants and expects with us even more so.
