An additional passage is: Philippians 1:6.Once we truly are saved, born-again, by the confessing with our mouths and professing (believing) with our hearts in The Lord Jesus Christ, he then makes us clean by his word and him, The Father and The Holy Spirit take up residence within us and we now become the temporary temple of God and in order for us to grow in him, he begins to thorough clean us out of all the worldly junk which accumulated in us from the time we are born into this world until we accept his free gift of grace. This is called pruning us. Now most all of us fight him, which only hinders this pruning as it sometimes hurts. On this note, ask that God open your ears to hear his voice to hear what He wants you hear. in Jesus' name. Amen.
