Do you ever feel stuck? 🙋‍♀️ I do! Luckily by now I know that it's simply a state of mind and not a reality BUT that alone doesn't nix the feeling. Sometimes we need to adjust our mindset and do some digging to see what lies beneath the surface. I made you a companion video to this podcast that is an exercise to do when you feel stuck!
