The weather dunces rely on something called the European model, which assumes that so-called global warming is a done deal & that’s a problem. 
In the digital world, we would express it this way: “garbage in — garbage out”. No computer can provide an analysis, it merely sorts the data. Analysis requires thought, and no computer can think.
