Growth is only possible if you get out of your comfort zone.  This often feels like failure!  Melanie has multiple experiences of taking risks to achieve her goals, and in the process has gone through periods of FAILURE only to find in hindsight that those experiences have been GOLD.  Melanie will share her story of failing and how it has created incredible SUCCESS in her life.
