This episode features another woman who has created her own business, and in this case her own unique product as well. Like many women her age Suzanne Carroll came from humble beginnings and started out at secretarial school. She completed a business diploma and worked for various corporations, selling advertising for big brands.  After many years (she won't say how long exactly) working in the corporate world Suzanne experienced severe bullying which resulted in a breakdown.  She took mental health leave and wondered what she was going to do as she knew she couldn't return to such a toxic workplace.

Suzanne was reaching an age where it would not be easy to gain new employment, and found herself unemployed, but too young, with too much to offer to retire. Searching for a business venture she noticed that no one was marketing cooler bags for women. No matter how much she searched. she could not find anything anywhere in the world that she felt was stylish enough to carry her wine in. She decided to create a handbag for her wine, and came up with the idea of Cool Clutch, a handbag with a removable cooler pocket.

When the first Cool Clutch was taken to market Suzanne quickly realised that although her main focus had been wine, women were embracing Cool Clutch for its ability to keep food, makeup and medications cool. Finally there was a stylish cooler bag, and more excitingly it was combined with a fashionable handbag.

With her products patented in Australia, and patent pending in 38 other countries, Suzanne Carroll is determined that Cool Clutch becomes a household name in the new fashion category of the Ladies Cooler Handbag.
