The interview this episode is with Amanda MacLean. Amanda believes in women. Women can make a significant difference in senior management, the boardroom and beyond. Throughout a career in the C-Suite, on advisory boards and heading up global programs Amanda has frequently been the only woman ‘at the table.’  Leading with impact, focus and confidence Amanda knows how women can be heard at a senior level. 

 

As founder of The Gravitas Project for women who lead, Amanda is passionate about guiding women to unlock their unique potential for professional growth. Sharing her insights as to the complex and opaque structures that limit people in their quest to advance in their careers, Amanda’s approach is to support women to make significant changes to the work they do and how they do it; building their ‘gravitas’ along the way. 

 

Amanda’s passion for learning has led her full-circle to share her expertise to help organisations prepare high potential women for successful promotion through educating, mentoring and advising.
