This episode features another special, emotionally intelligent man, with Jacqui interviewing Rugare Gomo. Rugare Gomo is a High Performance Leadership coach who exists to empower you to live a life of purpose and wonder. Originally from Zimbabwe, Rugare’s name means God’s Peace. Just as he was named intentionally, Rugare’s life is lived intentionally to honour it.
At 16, Rugare made a bold request and asked a family friend to support his life’s vision and support his desire to move to Australia for his education and opportunity to bring his dreams to life. With his grandmother who was denied an education as his inspiration, he completed his secondary education then graduated, with honours, from an Arts and Law degree at Monash University.
After spending a number of years working in some of Australia’s most elite law firms and being the General Council of a high performing international business, where he regularly negotiated multi-million dollar cross-border contracts, Rugare fulfilled his life-long dream and ran his own commercial law firm.
Rugare lives to empower people to be leaders in their life, and experience living a fulfilling life.
Rugare has spent many years turning himself inside out through intensive mentorships, leadership and coaching trainings so to liberate himself from his limiting beliefs and live a life of his creation.
