He also works in the exercise physiology department at the Cleveland Clinic Canada. He is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. His practice focus is on lifestyle medicine.  Do you ever worry about your health? Have you ever wondered what you can do to start feeling better?  Perhaps at one stage in your life, you felt like you had a lot more energy. Today, we are going to show you how to get your energy back.
