Kasey Hope is the owner of P’zazz Art Studio in Prattville, Alabama. After almost 12 years of teaching, her classes were maxed out beyond capacity. Furthermore, because her studio is located near a military base, many of her students were often moving away.

To reach a wider audience and keep in touch with families as they left, Kasey created Whatever Letter — a membership course that teaches hand lettering, fosters deep relationships, and builds community outside of her studio.

Today, Kasey joins the podcast to talk about the early versions of her membership site and what held her back, how TRIBE helped her to better serve her students, and how she uses Whatever Letter to collaborate, give to charity, and connect with people like never before.
