This piece is written for those of you who are committed to blowing right past the 6 figure mark (or have already done so), and go towards 7 in 2021 and 2022.


….as well as  for those of you who are not there yet so you get a sense of what the future looks like for you.


The biggest downfall of an entrepreneur who has managed to get to 50 - 100k is this: they become the bottleneck in their business.


The idea of going to 7 seems daunting.


Often times they are the only person who can sell (or who is the best at it), and the only person who can truly coach and teach.


So the work piles up.


There’s zero freedom in that. In fact, it’s the opposite of what you went into business for. Putting out fires and pressure of covering high bills with new sales is running the show. And you find yourself not taking a vacation for months and months and months.


(Been there in my past businesses - especially as a former restaurant owner, and I decided to do this differently, with an extraordinary team).


But back to what the future without a great team looks like : You will have



  • MORE worries as there are more clients to handle.


  • More financial responsibilities because yes - you DO have some contractors likely on staff, but because they aren’t paying for themselves - it falls on YOUR shoulders to provide for their livelihood and you are constantly cutting their hours.


  • And so… here you are. You plateau because - continuing to grow is just not worth it to you. Too much s**t to deal with. Too stressful. Too many contractor heartaches.



Probably not the future any of us want :)


Many of us are committed to making more difference, serving more people causing more transformation, but in doing so - not just the FINANCIAL freedom, but also the the freedom of time and location.


What is it going to take to get there is these four things:



  1. A state of the art lead generation, lead nurture, and lead conversion systems RUN AND LEAD BY YOUR TEAM who are highly trained and can sell your program in their sleep.



In order to get there, however, you are going to invest into getting them to that place! Going through a cycle of recruiting, onboarding, and a developing a state of the art training system that is going to help them become PROFITABLE within the FIRST MONTH in ANY role but especially sales - sales is the life blood of the company.



  1. Scalable virtual events: Part of this is doing 7 day retreats that we prescribe to our clients, although the scale-with event of your choice can take many other different formats that we also teach.


  2. Scalable 1: many services. This you probably already know and many of you are doing, however - I want you to think  what is the customer progression. Those who are coming into your program, what happens to them after a year? Do they go into a maintenance membership? Or a level 2 program? Or a VERY high ticket private program?


  3. Stress- free systems. What happens when client doesn’t pay? Or doesn’t show up for weeks? Do you have complete lead database? A couplete end to end follow up system with prospects?
