A very controversial topic for this week, but I feel that it needs to be written about anyway. Let’s talk about plant medicine.

First of all, I don’t do any drugs. I don’t smoke weed. I don’t enjoy it, I like my feet planted flat on the ground. Much less anything else.

But I heard about Iboga ceremonies in Costa Rica 3 years ago and the healing effects on the heart, mind, and body.

After 3 years of chickening out about it and having all the excuses I decided to give it a go.
