I have seen this many times.

Without clients, colleagues, and also my coaches.

First they try doing zoom retreats and they have incredible, incredible success.

And then the same tools, same strategies, that were once working… just STOP.

And the first place we go is this:

What am I doing wrong?

Maybe I need a different strategy?

Maybe I started charging too much?

Maybe I need to change a coach?

Maybe this doens’t work any more?

And then they start questioning, and doubting, and panicking, and working… HARDER.

True story. We just bombed our retreat. We hit a little over 50% of our target.
