This week on It’s Your Ego—Stupid!, Dr. Nick will continue to discuss when, where, and how “ego stupidity” is making its appearance in our life, including the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are intended to help us but are actually doing more harm than good—but we often don’t know it. The kind of harm that over time affects our human and spiritual wellness.

During the program, I will continue the discussion of the important life challenges we all face including the ability: to manage the inevitable developmental, societal, technological, and situational changes which occur in our lives; to confront our failures, losses, and mistakes in ways that allow us to learn and grow from them; and to manage the inevitable stressors of a work, financial, familial, and health-related nature that enter into all of our lives. This will include indications of the kinds of ego energy that can undermine our success in meeting these challenges.
