Zack Reising is a pilot & ability advocate based out of Noblesville, Indiana. He joins Jimmy to document their work together as professional wrestlers for Timmy Takedown fundraising events.
Timmy Takedown is a professional wrestling event organized and performed by rehabilitation patients and people with disabilities, benefitting the work of Timmy Global Health.
Timmy Global Health connects people to primary healthcare throughout the world including Ecuador, Nigeria, Guatemala and Dominican Republic . They support community leadership and engage global health advocates in a community-oriented primary care model. By interconnecting local health workers, in-country partner organizations, and a network of passionate global health advocates together, Timmy Global Health works to build sustainable local healthcare capacity and foster meaningful cultural exchange.

Zack and Jimmy recall their favorite memories from Timmy Takedown including the creation of their characters against Timmy Global Health founder Dr. Chuck Deitzen, also known as Dr. Doom, from his former pro wrestling days. Because of this pro wrestling experience, Chuck allows patients to put their ability on display in the squared circle in spite of their disabilities.
Jimmy & Zack reflect on what it feels like to be a wrestling ring and the empowering feeling of helping others like them without adequate medical resources. For more information about this event including ways to get involved & donate, please visit https://www.timmyglobalhealth.org/timmytakedown
Zack talks about his time with The Boy Scouts of America and the many skills he was able to gain through this experience. They both discuss the challenges of camping, including the need for some basic survival skills.
Finally, Jimmy inquires Zack about his experience as a pilot through AbleFlight. The mission of AbleFlight is to offer people with disabilities a unique way to challenge themselves through flight training and aviation career training, and by doing so, to gain greater self-confidence and self-reliance.
Zack has paid it forward as a pilot too, starting the Blue 7 scholarship which funded flight training for five pilots with physical challenges. He was honored for his work at AirVenture 2022.
