Erin Coleman, LMFTA is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate currently practicing at Mathews Counseling PLLC in Cary, NC. She holds a bachelorsdegree in Psychology from UNC Charlotte and a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University. In practice, she has dedicated her work towards helping teens, adults, and minority communities work through anxiety, depression, relational concerns, and life transitions. She has a special heart for connecting those in the Christian faith with mental health & wellness strategies that improve their overall quality of life. Erin uses a psychodynamic perspective to help others find mental clarity of their future through doing deep soul work and highlighting the root of their emotional health.
