Tzuris- troubles, trials and tribulations

Schmy- aimlessly wandering and checking things out with no purpose

Schlep- walk a long way or carry something heavy!

Tantz- dance or waltz

Oy va voy- an exclamation of despair

Oy vay is mir- woe is me

Oya broch- what a curse!

Ken ayin hora- an expression for good luck to ward off the “evil eye”

Fress- eat 

Nosh- eat snacks

Gescheft- business


Star of stage and screen, Kim spent a record 7 years starring as Tanya in Mamma Mia! in London's West End. Other West End/London credits include Deb in Elf The Musical, Madame Morrible in Wicked, Sunset Boulevard, Cabaret, Stop The World, Hamlet, Torch Song Trilogy, and for the RSC at the Barbican, Stratford and internationally, Kiss Me, Kate, The Wizard Of Oz and A Comedy Of Errors. Tours and regional credits include Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Silver Gym, Noises Off, Stepping Out, Acorn Antiques, Saturday Night Fever, The Rocky Horror Show, Singin' In The Rain, Crazy For You, Whistle Down The Wind, Dames At Sea and the European Premiere of Sondheim's Follies.


Her TV credits include Not Going Out, Eastenders, The Bill, The Sound Of Musicals, Bob Martin, Strange But True, London's Burning, Just A Gigolo and Never The Twain. Her cabaret appearances and Masterclasses have taken her all over the world, she has recorded over a dozen cast albums; her solo albums, Torch& Debauch and About Bill are available at Dress Circle& on iTunes. Her most recent role was Frances Stevenson in the National Theatre of Scotland's sell-out new production of "Kidnapped".
