Eric Kniffin is counsel for the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. He joined the Becket Fund in 2009 and has been active in defending the rights of religion and conscience in the workplace. Before coming to the Becket Fund, Kniffin worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, where he enforced federal civil rights statutes protecting the rights of prisoners and houses of worship, and enforced the federal fair housing act. In this speech, titled "Religious Liberty and ObamaCare," Kniffin discusses current legal challenges to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' contraception mandate, and the future of religious liberty during the second term of the Obama Administration.
