Paul Slobodian is an organization development psychologist and principal of Pivot Consulting LLC. In 1990 Slobodian was hired by the Universal Instruments division of Dover Corporation. He is credited as being instrumental in rebuilding Universal's competitiveness by upgrading organization talent, leading a comprehensive quality initiative, and using performance-based compensation systems. Slobodian recently served as vice president of human resources and administration of Allegheny Energy, a Fortune 500 company.
