Rep. Rick Glazier serves House District 44 in Cumberland County. He has chaired or co-chaired the House Education Appropriations Committee, Education Committee, several Judiciary Committees, and the Joint Legislative Ethics Commission. Glazier is a visiting professor in criminal justice at Fayetteville State University and has been teaching at Campbell University School of Law for 21 years. He started his professional career in Fayetteville as assistant public defender, then served five years as a law clerk to two federal judges, and spent 15 years as a member of the Beaver, Holt law firm.
